range of hospital waste bins that
are designed to be easy to clean,
suiting them for clinical
environments.
The Capsule waste bin is manufactured from a combination of 'ultra-tough' ABS plastic and corrosion resistant Plastisol, with integrated castors for ease of movement and to prevent marking of walls and floors. The body of the unit lifts out completely, revealing a leakproof tray, making deep cleaning quick, easy and simple. The units also feature a hands-free system, preventing the lid being opened by hand, helping to prevent the spread of bacteria.
A range of sizes and waste segregation colours are available, supporting the safe management of healthcare waste and adherence to infection control guidelines. The Capsule has been designed with easy aspect of cross infection; fire safety and legislation compliance in mind, ensuring it meets HTM 05-03, Fire Safety in Healthcare Premises and BS 476 Part 6 and 7.
