Getting a good work-out

Until 2012 all towels from the leisure club were sent out for washing, but then it was decided to bring the service back in house. With the hotel’s main laundry operating at full capacity, it chose Armstrong Commercial Laundry Systems to supply a Primus 22kg washer extractor including a DHSS and thermal disinfect cycle and a Huebsch 25kg tumble dryer. The equipment is working at least eight hours a day, seven days a week.

The hotel's Andy Barnes said of the equipment: "It’s working well. I think we’ve had a couple of very minor things go wrong, but the

engineers are very quick to come and sort them out.”
