The laundry in Chestnut View care home is extremely busy. There are 60 residents and the laundry handles all their clothing and linen alongside dining room linen, kitchen cloths and uniforms.

The laundry works seven days a week, running all day plus two or three extra loads each night.
"Our machines have come from several suppliers," says Jacqui Butler, hospitality manager, "including the Primus FS13 Armstrong installed last year which is doing a great job.
"There is a big difference in the standards of support we receive and Armstrong gets 10 out of 10 - their service has been consistently excellent and when you're as busy as we are, that's very important."
