In Manchester, Templa will showcase the latest innovations in its TemplaCMS integrated contract management software.

Integrated Workforce Management is key to the effective management of a cleaning contractor’s front-line workforce. TemplaCMS features 14 key workforce processes all linked via its Central Database and Workflow engine.
Employee, manager, team and customer portals are now available to TemplaCMS clients as web-applications. For operations managers this means real-time access to Roster Manager and timesheets. For operatives it means access to payslips, holiday requests and company communications. For special works teams it means access to daily schedules and workbills, similarly for sub-contractors. For clients it means access to Invoices, KPI reports and compliance documents.
Also new for 2020 is the Business Intelligence reporting suite, a business analytics solution that lets you slice and dice your data and share insights across your company. Using Microsoft Power BI as the delivery tool, it integrates seamlessly to Templa’s Microsoft technology base.
