Cleaning chemicals manufacturer Greyland recently supported Donovan Bros, one of its catering industry distributors, when it exhibited at Café Culture, part of Hotelympia in London.

Cleaning chemicals manufacturer Greyland recently supported Donovan Bros, one of its catering industry distributors, when it exhibited at Café Culture, part of Hotelympia in London.

Although it had a chemicals partner, large new accounts necessitated a larger cleaning chemicals manufacturer to provide a fully-fledged technical support and training package.

"Greyland were very responsive and fully understanding of our requirements for these larger customers," says Les Dolling, MD.

With a customer base consisting of sandwich bars, restaurants, and delicatessens, alongside hotels, coffee prerequisites always feature strongly in the company's product range, so when the company attended Café Culture Greyland sprang into full-blown 'help mode.' As well as having their Greyland representative Roger Davies help man the stand full time, Greyland also assisted in creating a printed flyer for the show. The combined effort was a great success, and future collaborations are set.
