Celebrating 21 years

Assured Solutions (ASL) of Derbyshire is celebrating its 21st year of own-label chemical manufacturing. ASL claims it remains the only major manufacturer to be strictly own label, resisting the temptation to promote a brand of its own.

David Barker, sales and marketing manager explains the reasoning behind the decision.

"We do not expect our customers to have to compete with an ASL branded product being sold in the area.This means that their own customers can only buy their chemicals from the phone number on the label and not via another agent a few miles down the road." Assured Solutions has inhouse laboratories for innovation, product matching and problem solving.

The company has doubled its turnover in less than five years and has enjoyed a string of record years with 2009 showing growth in excess of 20%.

"We put this down to a number of factors not least of which is our decision not to charge for label design from our in-house design studio, label artwork, or set up charges.

"We no have minimum label run,we can produce photographic quality and offer a variety of label sizes.We also have one of the fastest order to delivery turn arounds.
