The Hygiene Company has developed a customer feedback
monitor that allows the customer to rate the services a company
provides.
The customer can discreetly offer feedback which is transferred to a computer and then read, analysed and transformed into easy to read and understand data charts.
The face plates are interchangeable and can be quickly transformed into more specific questions if need be.
There are no limitations as to the questions asked and shyness for the customers and staff is prevented by the anonymous and discreet feedback system.
