UhUb and Planet Mark joint partnership announced

The period between 2020 to 2030, proclaimed as the Decade of Action by the United Nations, is likely to be the most important for the planet and society.  It is critical that businesses, individuals, cities and governments work together to limit the rise in global temperature to 1.5°C, ultimately avoiding the most severe consequences associated with climate change. 

Mark Carney, former governor of the Bank of England and now UN special envoy for climate action and finance, and Prime Minister Boris Johnson’s finance advisor for COP26, was quoted to say in 2019 that "businesses that fail to adapt to the climate crisis, will fail to exist."

So, UhUb have partnered with Planet Mark, a sustainability certification for every type of organisation, for real estate and for products. The certification enables organisations and their people to positively transform society, the environment and the economy through measurement of their carbon and social data. This is done through a unique three-step process: Measure, Engage and Communicate. UhUb already shares Planet Mark information and will be working with Planet Mark to develop and share more information on a range of Climate and Planet subjects.
