Responsible for daily cleaning to the washrooms, lifts, lobbies, reception areas and common parts, the company will be providing cleaning operatives, housekeepers and a full time site manager. Other periodic tasks and floor maintenance will also be carried out, which is a significant task as each stairwell has 1,037 stairs - three times more than the London Monument.
