Five year contract for 22 Bishopsgate

Offering over 1.275 million square feet of office space over 62 floors, 22 Bishopsgate will also provide over 150,000 sq ft of amenity and community space for the benefit of its 12,000 residents and visitors. 

Inspired by the changing trends in the way people work and live, the building is London's first vertical village with a focus on health and wellbeing, technology and sustainability. 

Principle will provide daily cleaning, window cleaning, washroom services, laundry services and pest control to the property with a service solution based on innovation, team welfare and reduced environmental impact.
