Five year contract for 22 Bishopsgate

Principle Cleaning Services has been awarded a contract with JLL for an initial five-year term to provide housekeeping services to London's new, people-focused workplace destination, 22 Bishopsgate.
Offering over 1.275 million square feet of office space over 62 floors, 22 Bishopsgate will also provide over 150,000 sq ft of amenity and community space for the benefit of its 12,000 residents and visitors.
Inspired by the changing trends in the way people work and live, the building is London's first vertical village with a focus on health and wellbeing, technology and sustainability.
Principle will provide daily cleaning, window cleaning, washroom services, laundry services and pest control to the property with a service solution based on innovation, team welfare and reduced environmental impact.
Principle's CEO, Peter Smith, said: "We are thrilled to be working with JLL on this groundbreaking project with such a strong focus on the changing workspace. Over the mobilisation period, we have been working with the building management team to identify and develop the most sustainable and innovative processes across all service lines to support 22 Bishopsgate's vision."
