Principle retains Broadgate portfolio
19 October 2017
Principle Cleaning Services has retained the prestigious Broadgate Estates Rest of West End (ROWE) portfolio. The London-based cleaning specialist, which provides its services to some of the most prominent buildings in the Capital, secured the multi-site contract renewal following a rigorous tender process.

The ROWE portfolio comprises of eight locations including York House, 10 Portman Square and the newly developed 7 Clarges Street in Piccadilly.
“The excellent levels of service and innovative use of technology were both significant factors in awarding the contract to Principle for another term,” said Terry King, client services director for Broadgate Estates.
Principle has worked with Broadgate Estates since 2010 providing cleaning and window cleaning services via its own in-house dedicated team.
Matt Kuwertz, sales and marketing director at Principle Cleaning Services, said: “To have secured this contract renewal against stiff competition is particularly rewarding. It is a reflection of the hard work and dedication of our on-site teams and our investment in technology, which allows both companies to access real time data. Principle Cleaning Services is proud to work for Broadgate Estates and we are looking forward to continuing our partnership.”
