Helping hospitality industries get back to business
20 July 2020
In light of the recent government announcement of the relaxation of the lockdown, Holchem part of the Kersia Group, has published two hygiene guides to help businesses in the hospitality sector plan their re-openings and ensure they are meeting the relevant guidelines and implementing best practice.
The guides cover specific needs for the foodservice sector and businesses that offer accommodation.
They both contain information from the government guidelines and include advice on:
- Tools and resources to manage safety systems
- Risk Assessments
- Cleaning of Premises
- Touch Point Cleaning
- General Precautions
- Environmental Cleaning
- Staff Training.
Mike Mc Hardy, Holchem’s Division Manager Foodservice & Facilities, said: “Our teams have been advising our customers on how they can open their businesses safely and in-line with government guidelines.
"The guidance includes amongst other things details on hygiene plans as well as tools and resources to ensure both staff and customers are put at ease. There are lots of different areas to consider and best practice to implement and we have the knowledge and expertise to be able to steer businesses in how they will need to adapt and change their business.”
Holchem is encouraging businesses to contact the team so they can offer them specific bespoke solutions to their post-lockdown hygiene needs.
