Flipping the lid on storage

A ProSave Food Box System featuring a new Dual Action Food Box Lid has been introduced by Rubbermaid Commercial Products.

The Dual Action Lid fits all brands of clear food boxes and is available in two sizes. "The unique lid operation provides for flexible access by either sliding the clear plastic door back or flips-up without the need to remove the lid - something other food box lids simply don't do.This system also helps comply with HACCP guidelines to prevent contamination from the premise," says Veronique Delannoy, product manager of Foodservice. The clear food box allows for easy identification with the benefits of odour and stain resistance and also includes accessories such as drain trays and colanders to help improve liquid drainage and airflow circulation.
