Connected machines on show

20 June 2018

The Nilfisk Group exhibited a range of innovations, products and solutions on stand Q850 at The Facilities Event (19-21 June, ExCel, London).

For over 110 years, Nilfisk has worked on bringing innovative cleaning solutions to the market. Nilfisk firmly believe that digitalisation and robotics will radically change the future of cleaning. They are therefore committed to delivering on future customer needs by integrating leading technologies in the development of their products and solutions.

A video display on the stand featured the Nilfisk TrackClean fleet management solution. TrackClean monitors the cleaning machine fleet 24/7 transmitting data to a secure web portal and converting the data into useful management information. The client therefore knows exactly what is happening, when, where and by whom. Every connected machine is said to significantly improve operational effectiveness.

Also on display was Nilfisk’s award winning range of micro scrubber dryers that clean in forward and reverse mode. Nilfisk products are developed to ensure optimal productivity with a superb cleaning result every time. According to Nilfisk, they are guaranteed to reduce total cost of ownership by reducing cleaning time, consumptions and manpower requirements plus innovative features maximise uptime and minimise downtime.

The newly launched SC401 scrubber dryer was also exhibited. Designed and built with proven Nilfisk technology, the SC401 is designed to increase daily cleaning productivity. Consistent performance is ensured by the 43 cm scrub deck. Thanks to superior water pick-up the floor is left completely dry and with up to 4 hours runtime on a fully charged battery and up to 100 minutes runtime before the solution tank needs to be refilled, productivity is optimal.
