The Miele PW5064 mop washer has been developed specifically for washing mops and cloths.

The Miele PW5064 mop washer has been developed specifically for
washing mops and cloths.
The mop head programme can accommadate the needs of mop heads made from different materials, whether cotton or microfibre.
The programme also includes a pre-drainage cycle, which has been designed to improve cleaning performance. Before the wash cycle starts, the mop heads are spun to remove excess moisture, detergent and soil.
Alongside the specialised programmes, the PW 5064 also features cleaning programmes for cottons, intensive and minimum iron.
Even blocked drains can be prevented with this machine. It is equipped with a newly developed drain valve which is said to prevent clogging and deposits, especially after heavy soiling. Programmes for thermal and chemical-thermal disinfection are also available on the PW 5064.Thermal disinfection takes place at 90°C with a 10 minute holding time while chemical-thermal disinfection, using a disinfectant, utilises a temperature of 60°C for 15 minutes.
The machine is suitable for environments including hospital end of ward. It has a quiet spin cycle and a footprint of half a square metre (which with the stacker unit can even include a tumble dryer if required).
