Introducing the new generation of the i-mop product family
27 June 2025
I-TEAM GLOBAL has unveiled the i-mop 40 and i-mop 40 Pro, the latest evolution of its flagship range, built on a decade of innovation and user feedback.

Effortless to operate, these i-mops are made for small, obstructed spaces with tough cleaning demands. They feature quieter motors, ergonomic upgrades, modular parts for easy repair, and enhanced water efficiency for greater sustainability.
Revolutionising cleaning
With floor cleaning making up 70% of all the cleaner’s tasks, efficient and flexible solutions are more crucial than ever. Manual methods, like wiping and mopping, are slow and inconsistent, while traditional walk-behind scrubbers lack flexibility. That’s why i-team continues to expand its i-mop range - an industry-changing innovation for over a decade. This smart solution eliminates the physical strain of mopping and cuts time, water, and energy use by up to 75%.
Precision in motion
The i-mop 40 and i-mop 40 Pro are built to scrub right up to the edge and feature an easy-click squeegee with integrated lift kit to optimise dwell time. Equipped with counter-rotating brushes operating at 350 revolutions per minute (RPM), these i-mops provide powerful cleaning of all hard floors. An optional i-power 14 batteryextends runtime by up to 80 minutes. The durable, high-performance componentsare designed to withstand daily use and reduce the likelihood of breakdowns, providing long-term reliability.
Spotless in the tough spots
The i-mop 40 provides precision in small spaces where cleanliness and efficiencyare crucial. From restaurant kitchens to schools, healthcare centres, veterinarypractices, and small retail stores, this innovation simplifies hygiene in every corner.
Additionally, the i-mop 40 Pro has an anti-corrosion deck which resists benzene, chlorine, and other heavy substances. This makes it ideal for environments such as petrol stations, pools, saunas, wellness centres and sports facilities. The dual powermode enables you to clean quietly in sensitive areas such as hospitals or opt for highpower for tougher jobs. Furthermore, the HEPA 12 filtration is ideal for medicalfacilities and food production where stringent hygiene is required.
Smart comfort, built in
Effortless to use, the i-mop 40 is created with the cleaner in mind, featuring theergonomic i-Balance system that reduces operator strain and improves comfort. You can adjust the handle height, and the reinforced grip enhances usability and enables easy parking. The deck-mounted integrated work light moves with the machine forbetter cleaning in low light.
Greener by design
The modular design and easy to swap components help reduce waste, while thebrushless vacuum motor minimises noise, reduces emissions, and cuts energy consumption by 30 per cent. The i-mop 40 Pro takes sustainability a step further withexclusive features like HEPA 12 filtration for superior air quality and i-link connectivityfor smarter fleet management and data insights.
Powerful mechanical action and advanced solution recovery make it possible toclean more thoroughly with a fraction of the water and cleaning agents used bytraditional cleaning methods.
Frank van de Ven, founder and CEO of i-team Global, says, “Our key inventionhas been transforming the lives of cleaning operators for over a decade. Now we’veadvanced what the market already trusts, to work smarter than ever to deliverpolished, professional performance.”
