De Vries' commitment to advancing gender equality aligns with the core mission of UN Women, the United Nations entity dedicated to ensuring that every woman and girl can achieve her full potential. Through her role, she has pioneered initiatives aimed at breaking down barriers to financial stability, providing educational resources, and championing young women to rise into leadership positions.
