Procter & Gamble (P&G) Professional and the British Hospitality Association (BHA) will partner to present ‘Hospitality Success in a Post Brexit World’, a free educational webinar, on Thursday 8 March, at 13:00.

Delivered by a panel of renowned industry thought leaders, the webinar will help hospitality mangers make informed decisions in a post Brexit world. The presentation will explore the opportunities following the break from Europe, focusing on staff retention, training and promoting repeat business.

The webinar speaker panel includes:

  • Bob Cotton OBE, the former Chief Executive of the British Hospitality Association (BHA) and was a tourism advisor to the Department for Culture, Media and Sport (DCMS)
  • John Guthrie, Employment Advisor at the British Hospitality Association. John previously held human resources roles at top global organization the Hilton Group
  • Kate Nicholls, the CEO of the ALMR (Association of Licensed Multiple Retailers).  

Bob Cotton is a member of P&G Professional’s Expert Advisory Council, formed to bring industry experts together to share information on research, insights, trends, and best practices. As part of the P&G Expert Advisory Council, Cotton works alongside Peter Backman, food service and dining out market expert, and Liz Smith-Mills, Institute of Hospitality follow, to identify opportunities for industry improvement in both the UK and Ireland.
