This new function will oversee proof of concept programmes and large-scale deployments, providing end-to-end support for delivery, training and settlement across ICE’s extensive Co-Botic range. This move reflects their ambition to remain at the forefront of the UK’s autonomous technology sector and to set a new standard for customer support throughout the deployment lifecycle.

This investment comes on the back of a period of strong growth and a positive outlook for ICE. They are committing significant resources to further strengthening delivery capability across the country.

The new Solutions and Deployment team will work closely with clients from initial concept through to full-scale rollout, ensuring a smooth transition at every stage — from proof of concept and training through to long-term operational settlement.
