The TemplaCMS Workflow module increases productivity and accountability by automating decision processing

TemplaCMS Workflow is fully integrated across all modules in the system. It allows configuration and automation of decision and approval processes that are normally paper or e-mail based.

The Templa CMSWorkflow module is fully integrated across all modules in the system.Itallows configuration and automation of decision and approval processes that are normally paper or e-mail based. Workflow allows requests and authorisations to be generated and signed off electronically and automatically, with the relevant staff alerted to confirm actions have happened.
At each stage in workflow, one or more individuals may be responsible for a decision request. Once the request is complete, workflow ensures that individuals responsible for the next request in the sign-off chainare notified and receive the data they need to complete their stage of the process. The sender of the request is always kept in the loop as to its progress through the sign-off chain.
For example, in your cleaning company a timesheet for a location is automatically created by payroll and then routed from payroll to your area manager who receives an electronic alert to tell them the timesheet has arrived and needs completion. The area manager then completes the timesheet on line, clicks on ‘submit’ which sends it to their regional manager for authorisation and alerting them to the fact that the document has arrived and requires their attention. If the regional manager is happy they click on ‘authorise’ and the timesheet is routed back to payroll for confirmation in the pay run.
The same can apply to any process or data exception in your company that requires a sign-off chain to initiate or authorise work such as setting up, amending or terminating contract details, ordering cleaning materials or washroom consumables or raising and signing off purchase orders.
Workflow greatly reduces the amount of manual admin required, both in terms of reducing the number of individual admin tasks needed to generate transactions and transport the paperwork around the business which may also be across multiple offices.
