Training for food sector
10 December 2013
Tork manufacturer SCA is offering a series of training modules on hand and surface hygiene for the food sector.

The modules are free of charge and available for download via website www.tork.co.uk/hospitalityhygiene. Their aim is to provide food handlers with a greater understanding of surface wiping, hand washing and hand drying procedures in a bid to help them meet their legal responsibilities.
The course has been developed in conjunction with the Oxford School of Hospitality Management at Oxford Brookes University.
SCA's Stephen Belcher said: "The training modules will be invaluable to food service companies since they incorporate clearly set out presentations along with films, hygiene quizzes and other tools – and there is even a certificate of completion and an information poster at the end of the course that can be printed off and distributed to students."
