Putting customers first is key

OCS has appointed Jane Sheard as UK managing director of facilities services. Sheard brings with her an extensive background in the FM marketplace having worked at a senior management level in a number of well known FM companies including Johnson Controls, NG Bailey and Reliance FM. Most recently, Sheard worked at ISS where she was global strategic head of new product innovation.

She has an MBA in organisational and strategic development, a postgraduate diploma in strategic management studies and a diploma in business management.
