Contracts for centres

OCS has retained its multimillion pound contract with Land Securities for eight UK shopping centres and added at least £2.5 million a year in new business. The three-year contract, which starts next month, includes additional services at six shopping centres, as well as two new centres - Princesshay in Exeter and Overgate in Dundee.

OCS will provide cleaning, security and customer services at Cabot Circus Shopping Centre in Bristol, Bon Accord & St Nicholas in Aberdeen, White Rose in Leeds, The Centre in Livingston and Overgate in Dundee; cleaning and security services at Clayton Square in Liverpool; cleaning at Princesshay, Exeter; and security at The Bridges in Sunderland.

During its long association with Land Securities, OCS has delivered workshops and training, supported numerous staffing restructures and attended 'on brand' sessions to understand the identity and customer service approach at each of the centres.
