Avica is increasing its customer
service offer at all three of its
centres by increasing stock levels
and extending order cut-off time.
It has extended weekday order cut off time for next day deliveries from 4pm to 5pm. Orders over £45 will be delivered free. Avica's Watford and Tunbridge Wells branches have increased warehouse capacity for greater stock levels, and Northampton is moving into larger premises.
'We have always closed orders at 4pm,' says Jeremy Thorn, MD, 'but to meet customer needs we have moved to 5pm. With our high stock levels, currently 99% of orders are delivered next day.' All Avica trade counters will also have upgraded facilities for personal callers.
