as service director.
Prior to joining ICE he spent five years as national operations manager for BSkyB, where he oversaw a workforce of over 3,000 engineers who install Sky packages for customers.
"I am relishing my move to this ambitious and innovative company," says Williams. "I have been on a nationwide tour to meet all the ICE engineers and I'm looking forward to helping introduce new ways of working that will enhance the already excellent levels of service."
