Cromwell Polythene has reorganised its sales team, promoting long-serving senior sales account developer Russell Stabler (centre) to sales office manager.

Cromwell Polythene has reorganised its sales team, promoting long-serving senior sales account developer Russell Stabler (centre) to sales office manager.

Stabler joined the company as an office junior in the accounts department, moving into the sales office after 18 months.

"Since then he has more than demonstrated his natural flair for this side of the business, making a significant contribution to Cromwell's cleaning and janitorial division," says Paul Fleetwood, sales director. His promotion follows the appointment of Becky Milner (right) as sales administrator and will enable him to oversee the sales office, allowing Milner to focus on customer liaison.

Simona Cussans (left) takes on a new role - sales and marketing coordinator - following a successful stint as sales office assistant. Tracy Aveyard, previously responsible for general administration within the purchasing department, has now transferred to the sales team, where she will reinforce the administrative function.
