Improved functionality for Hygiene360

10 March 2021

HYGIENE360, THE advanced hygiene monitoring and compliance system from Grange Technologies has been enhanced with the introduction of a number of new functions.

The system now offers supervisor audits, allowing companies to audit cleanliness standards in the location they are checking and a new QR code can now be added to the screen to allow customers to leave feedback without touching the screen. Finally, changes to the layout of the main screen have allowed for the introduction of an issue reporting button, meaning people can report a maintenance or cleanliness problem without registering bad feedback.

The changes are designed to complement the existing functionality in Hygiene360. The system offers a cleaning countdown, a cleaning checklist, footfall counting and issue reporting. By expanding on the functionality, the flexibility of the system is enhanced, with recent installations taking place beyond the washroom.

“We have been installing in locations where the Hygiene360 monitor can provide an enhanced information on cleaning performance, customer satisfaction and footfall numbers,” says Jonathan Bradford, managing director.

“Areas such as main entrances and waiting areas in hospitals are perfect locations for gathering customer feedback, while our cleaning checklist is being used in areas in one hospital for recording ‘touch-point’ cleans, ensuring that staff carry out the important cleaning regime.

“This is the perfect example of customer-led product improvements. Our customers often suggest improvements and additions which can benefit our existing customers. We always offer updates to existing customers, so everyone benefits.”
