Team expansion reflects growth
18 April 2018
After an impressive 2017, in which the cleaning equipment hire company experienced growth of circa 25%, plus a further 33% growth in personnel, Clean Sweep has expanded its operation further by making additions in sales, operations and their hire team.
Joining as a national account manager is James Dennis, who will be responsible for key accounts in Public Services, Healthcare, Hospitality and Councils. Speaking on his appointment, James said: “Its an exciting time to join Clean Sweep, as we are experiencing a period of exceptional growth. I firmly believe that we offer a class leading solutions-based approach to cleaning equipment hire and I look forward to demonstrating how we can add value to our customer base.”
Natalie Lee has been appointed as Operations Manager, a new role that has been created to deal with the mounting pressures of delivering a first class hire service, nationwide. Having already gained extensive knowledge of the hire industry through her role at Ardent Hire Solutions, Natalie will bring with her a wealth of experience to ensure the continued slick hire operation at Clean Sweep UK. Natalie said “I’m delighted to be joining Clean Sweep UK, at a time when the company is going from strength to strength. The growth plans that we have set for 2018 and beyond will represent their own Operational challenges, but these are challenges I’m relishing, as the end goal will cement our position as the number one cleaning equipment hire provider. I can’t wait to get cracking!”
A key role at Clean Sweep UK is the hire controller. This is regarded as the front-line, taking and organising the hires. Katie Rapson will fill this role and joins from Mobile Mini. On her appointment to this crucial role, Katie said “ The responsibility and challenge of organising and controlling the vast number of hires that we take, for all types of cleaning equipment, is something that really excites me. There’s a real buzz around the hire desk and indeed the whole company after a fantastic 2017, and I can’t wait to be part of an even better 2018 and beyond.”
Clean Sweep has also made additions to their demonstrator and engineer teams. This news is just the beginning of what is expected to be an exciting year for Clean Sweep, who is also celebrating its 10th year anniversary and is due to release news of further expansion plans in the near future.
