Investment in customer offer

Now the company's service offering has been given a further boost, due to a great investment in IT infrastructure. Due to be launched imminently, all of the company's driver/demonstrators will be armed with state-of-the-art PDA systems. This will allow for more accurate ETA times to be provided to customers, as well as capturing customer signatures following training on all machines and taking images of equipment, meaning the whole hire process can be completed almost instantly. The additional data that will be captured by the PDAs will then be accessible for customers on the new Clean Sweep UK Customer Portal, providing 24/7 information on their hire.
