Hill Club announces charity golf day

The Hill Club's charity golf day will take place on Wednesday, 30th of May.

Held in in partnership with the Worshipful Company of Environmental Cleaners the golf will be at the fabulous Kingswood Club in Surrey. 

Designed in the 1920’s by the five times open champion, James Braid, and comprising of 6,900 yards of golfing experience the course boasts some fantastic "signature" holes and most notably the par 3s and 5s have become the most talked about by anyone visiting Kingswood.

The day will start at 09:00am when tea, coffee & bacon rolls will be served on arrival, tee times will begin at 10:00am sharp with teams of 4 playing the superb 18 hole course. The day's golfing concluded and scores checked, we'll retire to the clubhouse for a few drinks before enjoying a 2-course meal at 17:00 where, following presentations from our chosen charities Prostate Cancer UK and Eve Appeal, trophies and prizes will be presented.

Individual player fees at just £85.00 which includes a donation to each charity.

Hole sponsorship is also available at £125.00 which includes the supply of a logo/name banner

Prizes will be awarded for:

  • CIC Golf Open Team winner trophies
  • Longest drive competition
  • Nearest the pin competition
  • Par 3 birdie competition
  • WCEC Player of the Day

The Hill Club would also be delighted to welcome any non-golfers - or others who are unable to attend the whole day - for dinner only at a cost of £29.00 per head. Please select the appropriate option when booking.

The 2017 event raised over £1250 for charity and the organisers hope to beat that in 2018!
