The Hill Club: 'Burns Night' networking event

02 January 2018

The Hill Club - the networking organisation for cleaning and associated industry professionals - will kick off 2018 with a Scottish themed evening of fantastic conversation and great business opportunities.

The industry will gather at the Rotunda Bar & Restaurant in London between 17:00 to 20:30 on 25th January, to celebrate Scotland's greatest ever poet Robert 'Rabbie' Burns - the Bard of Ayrshire and National Poet of Scotland.

Anyone is welcome to attend. Tickets cost £10 each and include a glass of single malt whisky on arrival, accompanied by Scottish shortbread.

Commenting on the venue, The Hill Club committee said: "As usual we will have a larger indoor space and an exclusive reserved section of the stunning outdoor terrace - depending on the weather and your own personal resilience - overlooking the river boats of the Regents Canal & Battlebridge Basin.

"So, with 'The Ploughman Poet's' famous words 'Some hae meat and canna eat, And some wad eat that want it; But we hae meat, and we can eat, Sae let the Lord be thankit' ringing in your ears, a glass of quality single malt whisky in your grasp and Rotunda's usual and delicious edible and drinkable hospitality, we hope you will join us all for another great evening with great friends and a mildly Scottish flavour."

Kilts are encouraged...obviously!

Tickets can be purchased online - and they're going quick. For more information visit: http://www.thehillclub.co.uk/
