App adds timesheet function

The latest version of CleanLink’s award-winning Mobile App now includes functionality to receive, complete and send staff timesheets back to Site Manager.

This is currently available on the iOS App for Apple devices and the CleanLink Android App has recently been updated to be able to do the same. The new version of the Android App was released in December.

Site Manager now includes the respective integrated functionality to generate and send timesheets to mobile devices, and then to subsequently review the completed timesheets and import them into the respective pay cycle. The timesheet submissions can also include authorised pay items, such as mileage and tea towel laundering. 

This functionality complements the existing timesheet functionality for Excel spreadsheets and for importing data from time & attendance systems. Both these methods are used extensively by CleanLink’s client base and it is hoped that the solution for the ever-popular mobile apps will also prove to be an efficient way of managing staff timesheets.
