TC Facilities Management (TCFM) renews partnership with Remploy
19 February 2016
TC Facilities Management is marking its 10th anniversary of its partnership with Remploy, the UK's leading provider of disability employment, by re-signing their partnership with them.

The partnership will look to greatly extend the number of disabled people supported into employment and who contribute to delivering a great service to clients each and every day.
Since its inception over the last 10 years, TC Facilities Management (TCFM) has helped transform the lives of many disabled people by supporting them into employment. One of these many individuals is Gwyneth Evans who was featured in a case study in May 2015.
In 2016 and with the re-signing of the partnership, TCFM will see the placement of the 1,000th candidate into the business with Remploy. It will also see the launch of a new programme across the business that will support managers in Training in Systematic Instruction (TSI) to better support employees with learning disabilities.
Attending the re-signing of the partnership was Rachel Gardiner, TCFM's head of HR and Beth Carruthers, Remploy chief executive.
Beth Carruthers said: “TCFM has steadily grown to become one of our Top 10 accounts and continually support us in all that we are trying to achieve by supporting many more disabled people in to work.”
Rachel Gardiner added: “We’re delighted to be re-signing our partnership agreement with Remploy as we are as passionate as they are about transforming the lives of disabled people.
"Since we first started working with Remploy we have placed almost 1,000 candidates; demonstrating our commitment to enable all people, particularly those with a disability, to find full or part-time permanent employment with TCFM."
She concluded: "Working with Remploy has seen this group of talented and motivated individuals seize the opportunity to prove themselves as committed, engaged and enthusiastic. They add value both to the teams they work in and the customers they serve, enabling us to continue to deliver a great service to our clients.”
As the partnership moves on to the next phase, TCFM looks forward to continuing its success at providing Remploy candidates with opportunities to work for TCFM and enabling both existing and future clients to benefit from a diverse range of employees that will make a real difference to their businesses.
