With its portfolio of rental properties now in excess of eight thousand homes, Nottingham Community Housing Association (NCHA) has added another Flowplant drain jetting unit to its existing drain cleaning equipment to cope with the extra demand.
With this new purchase, NCHA required a machine that could not only be used safely but could also be fully operated whilst all the vehicle doors are shut and locked. The answer was Flowplant’s Closed Door System. This enabled the NCHA’s new 4000 psi Flowplant Harben Lightpack, with radio remote control, to be operated even while the vehicle is fully locked and secured when the operator is working up to 100m away from the vehicle.
NCHA's assistant manager David Cox said: "We already have a trailer mounted DTB500 jetting unit from Flowplant; this machine has proved extremely reliable and we had no hesitation in contacting Flowplant again for our next purchase."
