Free skin care webinar
06 October 2014
A webinar focusing on understanding skin care compliance will take place on the 13th October between 14:00 and 15:00 (BST).
There are over 40,000 new diagnoses of occupational skin disease in the UK each year, the majority of which are contact dermatitis. In some sectors, workers appear to accept that "bad hands" go with the job. However, many of these cases could be avoided quite simply by implementation of a skin management and skin care system.
Delegates can see a presentation of findings from an independent observational study providing guidance on how to improve compliance in the workplace; and a preview into the "Three moments of skin care", a piece of work undertaken alongside leading dermatologists to create best practice guidelines for industrial workers.
At the end of the event all registered attendees will receive a link to register for a compliance checklist, a result of the work produced by Dr. Atkinson and Dr. Hines. The event is free to attend and delegates will have the opportunity to ask questions during the webinar.
