New role oversees shopping centres

LPM Cleaning and Support Services has created a new national management position - shopping centre champion - appointing Jeanette McDonald.

McDonald, previously a senior operations manager at the company, now has responsibility for sharing and promoting best practice at current shopping centre customer sites, as well as building even closer customer relations and adding value.

'I have worked for a number of years in a similar role for another company, so I understand the needs, expectations and issues that come into play within a shopping centre environment,' says McDonald.

'I'm looking forward to building customer relations, driving up standards and ensuring best practice is carried out across the portfolio.'
