Our survey says everyone's a winner

The Greyland annual Customer Survey has been evaluated for 2012 and despite all that could have happened (but didn't) during its move a year ago, the overall consensus is that Greyland service is 'excellent,' says the company.
Of those who returned survey forms, none thought that they needed to use another supplier alongside Greyland; the reason given was that the company scored highly for value for money and service.
Of the product range, one that scored particularly highly was Triple Clean ready to use (RTU) washroom cleaner. 'Our customers get good results,' was one comment.
'It's unsafe to assume because you hear nothing back from your customers that everything is OK,' says Richard Dyson, Greyland MD, commenting on the survey. 'It might not be, and instead of telling you, they just go elsewhere and you have lost them.
