The portable SmartDose system from Diversey is available with a
range of four TASKI building care concentrated products.
The systems pack design incorporates a patented dual-setting dispenser that doses product into spray bottles, buckets, sinks or cleaning machines.Three EU Ecolabel sustainability-certified products are available to cover all main daily building care tasks including washroom, floor, and glass and hard surface cleaning.A fourth product is available for disinfecting floors and other surfaces.
SmartDose is suitable for building care applications where space is limited, connection to a water supply is impractical or complete portability is required. Each 1.4 litre container of SmartDose concentrate is said to generate up to 700 litres of ready-to-use product.
Diversey has developed formulations of concentrates from its TASKI building care range for SmartDose to meet the EU Ecolabel sustainability certification while offering multipurpose use without reducing cleaning performance.
The range comprises:TASKI Sani Cid SD for general washroom cleaning with slightly acidic formulation to help prevent lime scale; TASKI Sprint Multiuso SD for glass and general hard surface cleaning;TASKI Jontec 300 SD low foaming neutral floor cleaner which is also suitable for use in the range of TASKI swingo scrubber driers; and TASKI Degragerm SD disinfectant for floors and other surfaces.
SmartDose automatically dispenses the correct amount of concentrate for the application. The user selects one of two dosage levels, for spray bottles, buckets, sinks or cleaning machines, by turning the patented head mechanism to either side as indicated by icons. The head is then pulled upwards to prime the integral pump and pressed back down to deliver the concentrate.
The container and head mechanism is self-contained to create a closed system.
This eliminates the risk of leaks, prevents unauthorised refills and minimises users exposure to concentrated product. The system requires no installation which avoids issues related to water regulations.Users carry the container to the point of use and add the amount of product to their buckets, spray bottles or other equipment.
The SmartDose promotes sustainability through the use of concentrates and also the pack design which ensures 100% of product is used. All materials in the pack are 100% recyclable.
