Customers can shop in confidence with Jangro
03 July 2020
As the pandemic continues to fuel unprecedented demand for cleaning and hygiene products, the UK Cleaning & Hygiene Suppliers Association (CHSA) recently advised buyers against purchasing from new, unethical, and profiteering companies. Following this recent warning, Jangro, one of the first distributors to be accredited by the CHSA’s Accredited Distributors Scheme, is reassuring customers that it is committed to quality, reliability, and prices.
As a member of the CHSA’s Accredited Distributors Scheme, Jangro is bound by a ‘Code of Practice’. This includes a declaration to only stock and offer for sale CHSA Accredited products, or products that conform to the same standards as required by the relevant CHSA Manufacturing Standards Accreditation Scheme. Compliance is guaranteed by a random, rigorous independent auditing process. In its most recent inspection, Jangro scored 99.7%.
This provides customers with the assurance that the products they purchase are fit-for-purpose, meet industry standards, and are reliable both in terms of their high quality and the exact quantity promised on the packaging.
Jo Gilliard, CEO of Jangro, commented: "As a well-established player in the industry, and one of the first to sign up to the CHSA’s Code of Practice, Jangro is committed to raising the bar for quality, reliability, and ethics in the UK cleaning and hygiene industry.
"Despite a phenomenal increase in demand for essential items, such as hand sanitiser, PPE, and disinfectants, we continue to trade responsibly. I am proud of the entire Jangro network, who are working hard to look after our customers, and are making every effort to meet demand in these challenging times."
Jangro is a dynamic force in the cleaning supply industry and is the largest network of independent janitorial distributors in the UK and Ireland. For more information go to www.jangro.net or call 01204 795 955.
