The categories are:

• CLEANING OPERATIVE OF THE YEAR: This category is designed to recognise an individual who made a significant contribution to the cleaning & hygiene standards within either their own or a client organisation

• INNOVATIVE PRODUCT OF THE YEAR: This category is designed to recognise products or solutions that have been developed for cleaning & hygiene

• SUSTAINABLE COMPANY OF THE YEAR: This category is designed to recognise organisations that push the boundaries in an effort to create an environmentally friendly and affordable solution to an existing potentially polluting product

• COVID-19 RESPONSE AWARD: This category recognises the extraordinary work that cleaning & hygiene professionals have undertaken with pace and professionalism at the frontline of the nation’s effort to combat COVID-19 and protect the public

• LIFETIME ACHIEVEMENT AWARD: This prestigious award will be chosen by the Editor of Cleaning Matters and will be awarded to an outstanding individual who has made a tremendous contribution to their industry during their lifetime.
