The components are designed to be long-lasting: they comprise a robust 4-pole electric motor (3 phase) and a reliable crankshaft pump with a brass cylinder head and ceramic piston. Even in continuous operation, safety is ensured as a thermostat valve switches off the high-pressure pump in the case of overheating. A pipe frame protects the components from damage. In addition, it enables flexible wall mounting, simple transport using carrying handles and secure positioning even on uneven surfaces.

Simple handling is also the main focus during machine care. All components are easily accessible and quick to maintain. The large, transparent water inlet filter enables safe operation using dirty inlet water from cisterns or tanks. Furthermore, the user can control the water flow at any time. If the filter is blocked, it only needs to be rinsed out. A further inspection glass allows the oil status to be checked quickly. Laborious checking of a dipstick is unnecessary.

A wall bracket for the trigger gun is included in the scope of delivery for the HD 7/16-4 Cage Classic. The integrated switch stops the operation of the high-pressure cleaner as soon as the trigger gun is hung up. If it is removed again from the bracket, the machine restarts automatically. Besides the advantage of the convenient storage during breaks in work, operating costs are lowered and the wear and tear on the machine is reduced.
