The managing director of commercial cleaning franchise ServiceMaster Clean Contract Services South West Wales has been shortlisted for a national franchise award, following a record number of entries received.
Jayne Gethin, who bought the franchise of ServiceMaster Limited in 2005, is a finalist in the B2B Franchisee of the Year category of the British Franchise Association (bfa) HSBC Franchisee of the Year Awards 2014.
Employing over 105 staff at its base in Llandarcy, near Neath, the company won a South Wales Chamber of Commerce Welsh Business Award in 2013.
Jayne said: "Our success is down to the quality of our staff, who work hard to deliver the best service to every client."
The winners will be announced at a black tie dinner in Birmingham in October.
