Charity cake bake
11 April 2014
Staff at Evans Vanodine have been dusting off their aprons and greasing their cake tins recently, all in aid of Sport Relief.

Inspired by The Great Sport Relief Bake Off earlier in the year, staff from all departments baked a variety of cakes, biscuits and buns which were then sold in the staff canteen, with all proceeds going to the charity.
Bake sales were spaced out over three separate days throughout Sport Relief week, to avoid a one day sugar overload! The event was a huge success, with all cakes selling out on each of the days, and both bakers and buyers are already asking when they can do it all again. The company directors were thrilled with all the fundraising efforts made by everyone and have match funded all contributions, raising the total to over £400.
