Award for complete service

Specialist workplace consumables supplier PHS Direct has been recognised with Caradoc Medical Supplies' award for service. Caradoc Medical Supplies is a not-for-profit buying consortium set up by Shropshire Doctors Cooperative in 2009. It has over 20,000 members, who benefit from specially negotiated prices with more than 100 companies.

PHS Direct has been a Caradoc supplier since 2010. It has made significant cost savings for Caradoc members on their treatment room consumable products, such as toilet tissue, couch rolls, paper towels and cleaning products.

The award was voted for by Caradoc members, and covers the complete service that PHS Direct provides - including product availability, order processing efficiency and on-time deliveries.

'PHS Direct clearly delivers excellent service to our members, as this award has been voted for by them,' states Peter Masters, business manager for Caradoc.

National healthcare manager Julie Hipkiss accepted the award on behalf of PHS Direct.
