Van users: life is going to get tougher

Van users have been reminded by The Fuelcard People of evertighter emissions controls.

Already, larger vans and minibuses can only freely enter London's Low Emissions Zone - virtually the whole of Greater London - if their vehicle meets the Euro 3 standard for particulate matter. Otherwise, there is a £100 daily charge, imposed 24/7, with a nonpayment penalty of £500.
