"We have been supporting the NHS with cost effective tubular bandaging for ten years," says Rachel Downham, senior product manager for Wound Care. "Today we provide savings of up to 50% compared to other available brands, without compromising on quality." "When you consider that millions of pounds of tubular bandages are dispensed each year, if prescribers switch to Comfifast, they could make significant savings on this basic product line. This is money that can be diverted to support frontline services without compromising on patient care." The range originated with Comfifast Tubular Bandages in 2002. Two years later Synergy introduced its Comfifast Easywrap Garments for the treatment of Atopic Eczema. In 2006, Comfifast MultiStretch tubular bandages were launched Comfifast is manufactured in the UK at Synergy Health's Lancashire production facility and is sold in 22 countries.
