New location for high tech HQ

Nilfisk Advance UK has announced the relocation of its UK head office to Penrith, Cumbria. The new office consolidates all back office functions to one UK location.

The company is working towards paperless systems as part of its commitment to the United Nations Global Compact agreement, one of the 10 principles of which is undertaking initiatives to promote greater environmental responsibility.

Nilfisk Advance has also invested in new IT systems.

These include a new VOIP (Voice over Internet Provider) phone system and a video conferencing suite enabling more rapid communication with customers.

The site also includes a 25,000 sq feet warehouse to enable faster delivery to customers in line with the Nilfisk Advance group's 'Closer to Market Strategy'.
