Products has been
presented with a
Values Award from
Carillion due to her
handling of an
account.
Such accolades are usually presented only to the company's own employees but as Zoe Stephenson, head of cleaning services at Carillion explained: "Sam was nominated for a Carillion Values award which is given to people if they are perceived to have gone above and beyond normal expectation in their work for Carillion. These are most often awarded to Carillion employees and only rarely is a supplier nominated.
"Sam was nominated specifically for her work during a very difficult mobilisation where she had to work with one of our other suppliers to make things happen in time. She displayed not only the usual level of extreme efficiency which we have come to expect from Sam but extreme patience and professionalism during this trying time."
