THE SHORTLIST of successful finalists for the annual British Institute of Cleaning Science (BICSc) Awards 2023 has been announced.

The prestigious BICSc Awards reward the outstanding efforts of leading lights from the global professional cleaning industry.
Star of TV’s The Chase, Paul Sinha, professional quizzer, comedian, doctor and broadcaster, has been announced as the celebrity host for the esteemed awards ceremony.
The Institute received a phenomenal number of entries for this year’s awards, which will take place on Thursday, 21 September 2023, at The Forest of Arden Hotel & Country Club.
Neil Spencer-Cook, BICSc group managing director, said: “Once again, our industry-leading awards attracted an incredible number of entries, which are of exceptional calibre. Our awards allow us to shine a spotlight on inspirational individuals and organisations operating within the global cleaning community.
“We have reviewed all the entrants and are delighted to announce the shortlist of finalists. We look forward to being able to announce the winners at our illustrious awards ceremony being staged in September and would like to congratulate all of those who have been shortlisted and everyone who has entered.”
BICSc revealed details of the finalists for the following awards:
Outstanding Corporate Member of the Year – presented to a BICSc corporate member for their outstanding corporate commitment to the Institute and through excellence in supporting the Institute’s goal of raising awareness and standards for the cleaning industry:

Ahead of the evening awards event, BICSc will again host its popular Exhibition and Industry Insights Conference featuring guest speakers from across the sector. Keynote speakers will include Gill McAteer from Citation who will provide the latest insights on HR and Employment Law impacting the industry.
Gareth Hughes from Anti Bacterial Sciences will also be joined by fellow speaker Lawrence Osborne from TASKI and Nicky Biggart from Evans Vanodine International will address delegates about sustainability in the cleaning and hygiene industry.
