Low lint characteristics
25 June 2019
Allied have strived to produce the best industrial wipe on the market. According to the company, TEK –a 70gsm weight wipe for medium to heavy duty use – has become a real game changer since its introduction.

Its success has largely been down to its extremely low lint characteristics that have been recognised by the engineering, pharmaceutical, healthcare and aerospace industries, where any loose fibres cannot be tolerated. Indeed, Airbus have tested and approved it for use on their aircraft maintenance.
Other characteristics that make this wipe so special are its high strength and compatibility with solvents, achieved by its hydroentangled production process which eliminates chemical binders. This makes it ideal in industrial environments where solvents are in constant use.
Flexible packaging options include: Quarter-fold; Polybag or Dispenser carton; Ridged tub, Bucket or refill format impregnated with a solvent or chemical formula; Floor standing roll; or its environmentally friendly, QRD packaging.
Available in both wet and dry formats, as well as in blue and white colour, TEK is said to be 30-40% cheaper than the market leader and is demonstrating its value where performance and reliability are critical.
